    • Found starter not engaging, confirmed command signal present. Will need new starter to correct issue. Replaced starter as needed and starting appears to be normal at this time.

    • CHECK E-BRAKE OPERATION AND ADVISE AS TO REASON FOR STAYING ENGAGED. Found both rear brake caliper E-brake return springs are sticking. Will let customer make decision on doing rear brake job also. Rear brake pads are at 4-5mm and will need to be replaced soon.
    • No leak found at this time. advised customer
    • CALIPER – Remove & Replace – Front or Rear Axle,Both – [Includes: Bleed Brake System and replace Pads (if necessary).]

    • Need to inspect further. Found major oil leak in the front of engine, found the spool valve seal blown out and actively leaking oil onto alternator. Replaced front valve cover gasket, spool valve and alternator as needed. Upon cranking the drive belt was making excessive noise, we replaced the drive belt as well. Test drove and inspected. Charging system is operating as it should.
    • BATTERY – Remove & Replace –

    • We were able to replace the positive battery terminal and further testing found battery needs to be replaced as well. Replaced battery, cleaned starter cable connection best we could and replaced engine battery as needed. Cranking appears normal at this time.
