    • Will include= new valve cover gaskets, new intake gaskets, 2 new timing chains, new cam phasers, new timing chain guides, new timing chain tensioners, new water pump gasket. During repair when valve cover was removed we inspected upper valve train and found signs the rocker arms and lashers are starting to show signs of wearing on camshafts. Caught early enough to where it did not damage the camshafts. Able to replaced the rocker arms and lash adjusters only. Completed repair and test drove. Timing is correct and no trouble codes present at this time.
    • Safety Inspection REMOVE ALL WHEELS AND INSPECT TIRES, BRAKES, STEERING AND SUSPENSION COMPONENTS. EXAMINE BELTS AND HOSES FOR WEAR, TEST LIGHTS, WINDSHIELD WIPERS AND WASHER SYSTEM, TOP OFF ALL FLUIDS, ADJUST TIRE PRESSURE AND CHECK BATTERY
    • TIMING CHAIN – Remove & Replace – V6,AWD Primary

    • Check And Advise Customer Concern, Check battery connection and charging system- Found connections loose= tightened as needed- Tested charging system and operation is normal at this time.
    • Inspection found the valve covers leaking some oil= 2 out of 5 rated. Found vehicle due for oil change. Front brakes at 8mm, rear brakes at 6mm. Tires are at 4/32nds-6/32nds. Needs tires soon but good for now.

Can hear the start of a potential wheel bearing in the left front at this point. Quoted wheel bearing repair.

    • Inspected further and found wire harness to rear trailer harness pinched causing short, hitch has been damaged from an impact=removed section of wire harness that was pinched and checked for damage on wiring-none present. Advise to take to frame shop or body shop to have hitch repaired as it will need to cut off and replaced.
